Running Credit Reports using the Credit Access Method


This page will assist you using the Data Consultants Credit Access Method.  If you have trouble with any of these steps visit the CAM Troubleshooting page.

 
Running C.A.M.

C.A.M. integrates seamlessly with your Grapevine F&I setup so you don't have to enter customer information more then once.  Follow these steps to run a credit report using CAM.

  1. Enter the customer's data into the F&I Customer Information screen ('A' screen). 
  2. Return to the deal screen
  3. Press the letter 'S' to launch C.A.M.
  4. The below interface will appear.

  1. Select the bureau you wish to run.
  2. A 'Joint' report will only be available for selection if you have an applicant and a co-applicant entered into the 'A' screen in Grapevine F&I.
  3. Select 'Run Bureau'
  4. Your report will appear in a browser window after a few seconds.

  1. You can print the report by selecting 'File' and then 'Print' or by clicking the print button on the tool bar.

Viewing Stored Reports

You can review stored reports that you have previously run by logging on to the CreditCommander web site.  Follow these steps to review a previously stored report. 

  1. Navigate to https://www.creditcommander.com/CBConnection/default.asp by one of the following methods.
    1. Click on the shortcut labeled "CBC" on your desktop.
    2. Select "CBC" on your Start Menu.
    3. Select "CBC" in your Internet Favorites
    4. Type in https://www.creditcommander.com/CBConnection/default.asp in the web address bar of your internet browser.
  2. You will be prompted to enter in your Username and Password.
    1. This information was given to your organization at installation time.  If you don't know your logon information you may contact Data Consultants for assistance.  
  3. Enter your logon information.
  4. Your home page will load.  From here you may either select "View Inbox" which will allow you to review all recent reports or "Find a Report" which will allow you to find reports that have been stored for a longer period.
