Data Consultants is pleased to announce an integration partnership with DealerTrack.  Together, we have created a new program called "Deal Transfer," that allows you to send your deal data directly from Grapevine F&I to your DealerTrack system.  This will save you the time and effort of all that double data entry.

How do I sign up for integration?

• Contact your DealerTrack representative and ask about Grapevine F&I Integration.

What are the prerequisites for running the integration?

• In order to install and run this program you must have the following:
  • A DealerTrack account.
  • An integration agreement with both DealerTrack and Data Consultants
  • Grapevine F&I users must be running version 4.39.01 or greater.
  • Infinitinet F&I users must be running version 9.39.01 or greater
    • How do I check my version number?
  • An Internet connection on your computer running F&I.
  • If you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP you will need Administrator rights on your computer to install the program and at least Power User rights to run the program.

How do I setup and run the Integration?

• Integration will not function until an Integration agreement is in place with DealerTrack and Data Consultants.  Contact your DealerTrack rep. before installing any software.
  Download and install the DealerTrack integration installer here.

Installation 

1. Run the file.
2. Click 'NEXT' to begin the installation.
3. Click on 'Finish' when complete.
4. Reboot the computer.

Repeat the process on every machine on which you wish to run the DealerTrack integration application.

Configuration

1. Open your F&I program.
2. Launch the DealerTrack interface by pressing "CTRL" and "F1".
3. Click on "File" and "Setup and Options".
4. Enter your DealerTrack ID#.
   
   Finding your DealerTrack ID#
   
   • Your DealerTrack ID# can be found in the lower left hand corner of the DealerTrack website.
   • Look for User Name, Dealer Name, and the ID#.
     
     
5. Click "Save"
