Enable / Disable Automatic CA DMV Fees

How do I disable / enable automatic DMV Fee Calculation?

1. Start at your Main Deal Screen

2. Press the letter "O" to get to the "Other" menu.

3. Select "System Setup' from the list. This will put you on the "System Setup Main Menu" screen.

4. Select #2 "User Software Setup". This will put you on the "Users" selection screen. Press the Enter key to select the current active user.

5. Select "DMV Items" from this list.

6. Change the value for #1 "Recalculate DMV On Price Roll".

If set to NO then Automatic DMV Fee Calc is disabled.
If set to YES then Automatic DMV Fee Calc is enabled.

Get to the next screen by pressing the END key to get to the bottom of the screen and then press ENTER once.

7. This will return you to the "User Software Setup Menu" screen. There will be a check next to DMV Items representing a change that needs to be saved. Select the last item on the list "Update User Setups" to continue.

8. To save the change for all users select "Mark All Users".

9. This will high-light all users, indicating that this change will apply to all users. Press ENTER to continue.

10 A warning will be displayed indicating that your are about to save the change for all marked users. Press ENTER to continue.

11. This will save the DMV Auto Calc status for all users. It is a good idea to restart Grapevine on all computers running Grapevine to be certain the change has been applied.
